Everything was very good or excellent throughout our stay. The room was very quiet, adequately sized, very functional, well designed, with intuitive controls and great comfort. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature controls worked well, and there were plenty of outlets for our computers and devices. The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the old town without being right in the crush of things. The free breakfast buffet had good variety and tasty options. The staff was generally friendly and courteous, and answered our occasional questions well. Plus, the view was outstanding!

We spent an amazing weekend with my husband in Ibis hotel. They gave us a nice room with panoramic windows on the old city and the trams downstairs that we liked to watch from the sofa. We celebrated wedding anniversary and hotel gave us a great compliment with roses and wine. This gesture really touched us and thank you so much! Breakfast was tasty and has most of the popular options. The only thing that I could recommend to improve - the cleanliness of the windows to observe the city better.

The best part is the staff! People are trying to help you everywhere. Especial thanks fo the parking help. Btw, parking is free in front of the hotel but there are not many spots. Breakfasts are excellent, rooms are very clean, you also can come with your cat as we did.

Everything was great! The hotel had a perfect location, the room was clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was pet-friendly and eco-friendly, which was a big plus for me. I requested robes and they were given to me for free. Additionally, there was free coffee and tea available for all guests. Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable and I plan on staying there again next time.

+ quiet street - but still near to the city center + good breakfast (usually it is a buffet but as there were only a few guests, we could choose from the breakfast menu) + clean and comfy + upper floors have nice balcony and there is nice view on the city

Nice central location close to historical places of Lviv. Responsive personnel, easy check-in/checkout. Good size of the room which corresponds to the pictures in description. Height quality comfortable bed.

Always great to visit! my 2nd year driving convoys into Ukraine. Often resting after a long border crossing. Breakfast is great and certain rooms have a great view over beautiful Lviv. See you soon again and hopefully in better circumstances also.
